Main sighting: Firecrest

Good birdtrack day today. A firecrest was in goat willow in my top field together with 4 goldcrests.
Quite a few chiffchaffs and blackcaps in woods and lots of skylarks over plough grounds

On walking into my conservatory just now (having left the doors open earlier) I found three Great Tits in there together. This ups my total of individual birds inside the house but the species count remains the same – 23.

From our walk this morning: Blackcap male and female seen 2 others heard Chiffchaff 4 Buzzard 2. Also, Small Tortoiseshell 1 Comma 1 Peacock 1 and an Orange Under-wing moth.
